2. The fluorescent pigment is prepared by a fluorescent dye and a synthetic resin, and has a particle diameter of 3-5 um. Fluorescent inks for screen printing are suitable for printing on paper and vinyl films. Paper-based fluorescent inks are available in both oxidative drying and evaporative drying.

3. The phosphor ink is suitable for a mesh of 200 mesh/inch (1 inch = 0.0254 m) or less.

4. When the amount of ink in the printed matter is 50-60g/m2, its color and light resistance are ideal.

5. When the substrate is a transparent object, a white ink should be printed before printing the phosphor ink, which can improve the fluorescence effect.
