3. The directional arrangement of the pigments should be considered during construction to achieve the desired gloss effect. In order to obtain a fine and soft luster, it should be arranged in a completely horizontal orientation; if you want to obtain a shimmering luster, the pigment should be arranged in a disorderly manner. The quality of the directional arrangement is related to the coating system and also to the construction method. The effect of the solvent system on the directional arrangement should be considered when processing the coating. The volatilization speed of the solvent will directly affect the directional arrangement of the pigment. It is best to use spraying, the air pressure of the spray, the distance between the spray gun and the substrate, and the spray speed are all factors that affect the directional arrangement.
