In the leather refurbishing and coloring industry, there is now a kind of pearl powder shoes. The retreading method of this kind of shoes is very different from the refurbishment method of other shoes. Here is a series of leather refurbishment: pearlescent shoes How to renovate and color
Pearlescent powder coloring process: decontamination - debugging pearl powder - removing film - repairing injury - toning - adhesion - protection - coloring - powder
Pearlescent powder shoes are roughly divided into two types. One is that the density of the shoe flour is small, and the background color can be seen. For example, the shoes should be colored according to the ordinary leather shoes and then the base color and then the pearl powder. The other is that the density of the powder on the surface of the shoe is large, and the low-color can be repaired.
Before the renovation of the leather, the pearl powder is adjusted. The color of the pearl powder can be adjusted according to the darkness and non-darkness of the upper, the hand-coated wax water, the shoe edge varnish, the special brightener solvent-based brightener and other oily waterproof and upper needs. The pearl powder, (multiple colors) are mutually adjusted to correspond to the color of the upper. The materials required for the debugging of pearl powder are oil-proof and waterproof, so there is no need to waterproof the pearl powder. This is also a technique for leather renovation.
There are special shoes that are dark. This kind of shoe powder must be added to the background color and finally waterproofed, for example: brown tung color, brown black, reddish brown pearl shoes. There is also a high pearl density of the upper, after the film is removed, then cleaned with a leather detergent, then wiped with a high-density sponge dipped in powder (single pearl powder), evenly distributed to make the color uniform, and finally waterproof.
