1. Injection molding: first weigh the luminous powder, according to the part, add the appropriate amount of paraffin oil (all diffuse oil can be), adjust it and paste it into the weighed mixture and mix it well. The injection materials are: PP, PE, PVC, PU, PS, ABS, TPR, EVA, PMMA, Nylon, etc.. The more transparent the plastic material, the better the lighting effect Try to use fluorescent toner as much as possible.
2. Adjust the ink: Weigh the luminous powder, the transparent varnish, and the related additives are stirred completely evenly (what varnish, which additives are different).
Luminous powder usage ratio:
1. Injection molding: It is recommended 4-10%, usually 5-6%, adjusted according to customer needs.
More than 8% of coarse powder has good brightness, and the low powder concentration ratio uses fine to have a good brightness.
2. Adjust the ink: recommended 40-60%, usually 50%.
Adjusted ink luminous powders or coated notes:
1. Mix with transparent or neutralized resin. The recommended ratio is 40-60%, usually 50%. The height of the ratio, the light brighter.
2. Storage in glass, ceramic or plastic containers.
3. Because the luminous powder is more likely to precipitate, the adjusted ink coating should be completely stirred before it is used.
4. The printing background color is predominantly white and reflective, which can improve the brightness and lighting time. For example, the fluorescent color should be less than 1% of luminous powder, and the less fluorescent pigment, the less the impact on the brightness.
5. To achieve good radiance, try not to use luminescent powder which has too small particle size. The smaller the particle size of the luminous powder, the light is less light. Print thickness or coating over 130um (80 prints twice) is preferable.
