The appearance of the pigment effect is closely related to the dispersion of the pigment in the plastic. The usual coloring methods include direct coloring and color masterbatch coloration, and usually the masterbatch is more advantageous for pigment dispersion. If direct coloring is used and good dispersion is maintained, prostagland pre-dispersed pigments can be used.
Prosperous pigments cannot withstand high-strength shear due to their special sheet-like structure, so try to use lower-strength shear mixing equipment and higher processing temperatures.
