Glitter powder printing process

Printing process: (Mesh 30-50 mesh) printing → drying, drying → heat treatment (120-150 ° C, 2-3 minutes) or hot pressing (120-150, 8 seconds)

[Precautions]:

1) Choosing a suitable fixing agent can improve the color fastness and rubbing fastness of the printed surface (note the timeliness of the fixing agent). It is recommended to use “strong fixing agent” and “shenxian water”.

2) The slurry should not be thick. The first printing (commonly known as: baseting) is essential, so that the slurry penetrates into the interior of the fabric and takes root. Avoid "floating" off.

3) After drying, heat treatment can reduce the surface viscosity of the printing and increase the fastness. The hardness can be tested after 24 hours of printing.

Glitter

The pulp is suitable for printing on knitted fabrics and woven fabrics.

Characteristics: high fastness and transparency, printed on the glue, can not be washed by water, does not fall off, anti-oxidation, good brightness, special glue for glitter powder:

1) The pulp is used in combination with glitter, colorful tablets and colored sand. The amount of various tablets is not more than 20%.

2) After printing, it is recommended to press for about 8 seconds with a temperature of 120 °C - 150 °C.
