    Luminous powder is used for injection molding: the ratio of luminescent powder to plastic material is generally about 4%-10%, depending on the color depth of the product, the light color is less, and the deep color is added.

    One ingredient:

    First add the diffusion oil to the raw material and mix well, then add the luminous powder to stir for one minute, then add the color powder and stir for two minutes. The mixing time should not be too long, pay special attention! Luminous powder can't rub with iron, and the raw material turns black after a long time.

    Two injection molding machine:

    The injection molding machine should be cleaned, the temperature should be lowered, and the injection molding can be done. The time in the injection molding machine should not be too long to avoid burning, and the products injected by different machines are also different. New machines and old machines, domestic machines and imports The machine, which needs to be solved in slow debugging.

    Luminous powder for printing:

    In order to reduce the problem of luminescent powder precipitation in the paint and luminescent powder, you can use high viscosity resin and add anti-settling agent. Stir well before use. Adjust the viscosity with thinner. Do not use heavy metal compounds as additives. The printed background is mainly white or reflective, which can improve the brightness and illumination time of the printed pattern. The coating and ink coating thickness is greater than 100μ, such as 130μ~150μ, the effect is good (using 80 mesh screen printing, this thickness can be achieved in two passes). The more the amount of use, the better the illuminating effect. According to different printing materials, choose different types of transparent substrates, such as printed metal materials, it is necessary to select metal-specific inks, such as printing PVC materials, it is necessary to select PVC-specific inks, the higher the transparency, the better the effect. For water-based paints and inks, the luminous powder must be treated with special microcapsules.
