The luminous powder printing background uses white or reflective color to improve the brightness and illumination time of the printed pattern.

Luminous powder screen printing, in order to achieve better lighting effect, it is recommended that the mesh is 80-120 mesh.

The thickness of the luminous powder coating and ink is preferably not less than 100um, such as up to 130-150um, which is the best effect (this thickness can be achieved by printing with 80 mesh screen twice).

The recommended amount of luminous powder is 5%--30% of the total weight. The more the amount of use, the better the luminous effect.

Luminous powder according to different printing materials, choose different types of transparent ink, such as printing metal materials, we must choose metal-specific inks, such as printing PVC materials, we must choose PVC-specific inks, the higher the transparency, the better.
