Resin with a low acid value (less than 3) should be used as much as possible. The lower the acid value of the resin through the system, the better. Aromatic hydrocarbons and ester solvents help to completely wet the copper gold powder particles to achieve full dispersion. Avoid the use of alcohols and ketone solvents and incompletely acidified lipid solvents. Always use high purity resins and solvents (low water content). ), if it contains a small amount of water, it is recommended to remove the water by using a molecular sieve before adding the copper powder pigment.
