1. PURPOSE: The color spectrum of the substance is detected by a color analyzer (KLEIN K-10).
2. Scope (SCOPE): An optically active substance, including: luminous powder, flat luminous products (such as stone, cloth, film, etc.), three-dimensional luminous products (such as golf balls), strip luminous products (such as luminous) Side strips), liquids (such as luminous paint), luminous yarns and all irregularly shaped luminous products.
3. REFERENCE DOCUMENTS: 3.1 JIS Z9107 Safety signboards
4. Definition (DEFINITIONS):
5. PROCEDURE: 5.1 Sample preparation ( PREPARATION OF SPECIMEN)
5.1.1 Luminous powder: Take 20 grams of luminous powder on a test special-purpose tray with a diameter of 65 mm and evenly flatten it to make a test sample tray.
5.1.2 Planar luminous products: The standard sample is 20cmX20cm. The sample should be flatly attached to the bottom of the color lamp and covered with a standard test plate to evenly distribute the light.
5.1.3 Three-dimensional luminous products: spheres larger than 5cm in diameter cannot be placed in the color light, but can be used when cutting the test piece, such as luminous floating ball, refer to 5.1.2.
5.1.4 Strip luminous products: After tightly arranged into 20cmX20cm, test samples were prepared.
5.1.5 Luminous yarn: After weaving into a cloth, refer to 5.1.2.
5.1.6 For irregular luminous products (such as luminous buoys) that do not meet the above standard samples, additional semi-finished samples (such as plastic masterbatch) shall be provided for comparison.
5.2 TEST METHOD: 5.2.1 Prepare samples according to 5.1.
5.2.2 Using D65 light source, the illumination is excited for 20 minutes under the illumination of 1600~1800LUX.
5.2.3 Place the sample after excitation on a color analyzer (KLEIN K-10), take a spacer every 2 minutes, and test for 120 minutes to measure the brightness of the substance.
5.2.4 Repeat the above test procedure 3 times to take the average value.
5.3 DATA ANALYSIS:
Taking time as the abscissa (x), taking the logarithm of the brightness as the ordinate (y), and estimating the brightness value when approaching 0.32mcd/m2 from the obtained trend line.
